A mother has been sent to prison for ten months because she prevented her son to see his father. After the legal separation, occurred in Verbania with many negatives consequences, the judge decided that the child was going to spend a day every week and every other weekend with his father.
Basically the same that happens to everyone…
The mother did not like the sentence and in fact she tried more than once to tell her son not to go when the father was down stair waiting for him.
One day, the father who was in despair, called the police complaining the fact that his ex-wife did not allow his son to see him on regular basis.
After months of investigation, the sentence sent the mother to prison. She now can see her son, but the proceeding is at the superior court.
Once again it is always the minor who pays the mistakes of the parents.
