I wanted to publish a story that perhaps many of you have already been experienced and where once again the child is the most affected by.
SALERNO – Intrusive mother-in-law, wedding cancelled. The Salerno Court of Appeal has made ?? a sentence of the Inter-Ecclesiastical Court enforceable. It declared the nullity of a marriage celebrated in 1998 between a merchant from Ravello and a young lady from Amalfi.
The origin of the divorce was the condition laid by the young man before the wedding: the mother of the bride should not interfere in their married life. The mother-in-law, however, did not respect the agreements that pushed the young man to consult a lawyer and demand the nullity of his marriage to the ecclesiastical court, duly enforced by the Supreme Court, which considered the reason of invalidity the non-respect of the condition imposed before the wedding.
And now, at the request of the bride, the sentence comes to the Court of Appeal of Salerno, chaired by Angelo Rossi, who "declares executive the sentence of the Inter-Ecclesiastical Court in Italy, with which the marriage has been declared null”, as reads in the sentence edited by Judge Maria Balletti. "The marriage lasted just 4 months, but it has been hell - explains P.A., 36 years old. I thought the stories about bad mother-in-law were just an invention, but I had to change my mind. Explaining what I went through is useless, you have to experience it. Now my life has changed. After the separation I even hoped to meet a woman who already lost her mother, just not to repeat that experience.
Thank God, I met the right woman and a good understanding mother-in-law. The only open wound is my daughter, who was born from my previous marriage.
I have not seen her for a long time, and for this reason there is a trial in progress ".
