I am sharing an answer to a question from a patient of mine in Milan, Italy, who asks if it makes sense to talk about a temporal medical facelift, to explain the effectiveness of this treatment as a nonsurgical solution to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and improve the definition of facial lines.
Indeed, an anatomical study dividing the face into two parts, medial and lateral, has revealed that injection at the lateral and upper levels of the face in selected patients can produce remarkable results in medial tissue lifting, helping to reduce nasolabial-genius wrinkles and improve the contour of the mandibular rim, two obvious signs of facial aging.
One of the advantages of the temporal medical facelift is its nonsurgical nature: the treatment is generally minimally invasive, with minimal side effects and no prolonged recovery time is required.
